Bumblebee Room

At around 17 months of age your child will develop a love of creativity and social interaction.

The Bumblebees environment is designed with well defined activity and play areas to encourage these exploratory experiences.

Our 17-24 months room has a flexible routine, allowing activities to be altered when children are ready or showing interest in activities other than those currently on offer.

The children can choose what they would like to play with, and they are able to select the toys and equipment themselves alongside accessing our outside under cover area.

Planned activities are created from the children’s interests and areas of their development being supported.

During circle time the children are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, which will support and promote social and emotional aspects of learning.
