This is where your child begins their journey. Evidence shows that very young children benefit from sharing their environment with the whole of the group. Here, they will enjoy a safe, warm space in which they can develop and play surrounded by caring and experienced staff who are attentive and fully focused on your child’s individual needs and routines.
The children in Ladybird room have a flexible routine, allowing activities to be altered when they are ready or showing an interest in activities other than those currently on offer.
We will mirror your child’s care routine from home, so much of the day is flexible to meet individual needs.
Children at the nursery have free access to a wide range of activities, offering them learning experiences in all areas. The children can choose what they would like to play with, and they are able to select the toys and equipment themselves. Planned activities are created from the children’s interests and areas of their development is being supported.
